Sponsorship Details

• 12 sqm booth
• In the first session of the Forum's private sector, the CEO of sponsorship will be given the right to speak for 20 minutes. Company logo will be shared in written and visual media.
• The sponsors's brochure will be included in the bags to be given to the participants. (Brochures should not exceed 16 pages, design, printing and logistics of brochures will be provided by the company)
• The bags to be given to the participants will contain removable memories with the company logo printed. (The design, printing and logistics of the portable memory will be provided by the company.)
• A plaque of thanks will be given to the sponsor company.
• The Company Logo will be displayed as “Platinum Sponsor de on all visual and printed materials to be prepared for the Forum, on the official website and on the Brand Wall
   

• The logo and web address of the sponsor will be displayed as double side on the bags given to delegates at the entrance of the forum. Sponsors will be able to put their own brochures and promotional products in the bag.
  

• There will be sponsor information on the pens and notebooks to be distributed to the forum participants. (Information should be obtained from the organizational unit for the number of pens and notebooks. The pens and notebooks will be provided by the sponsor.)
• Sponsor quota is limited to 1 Company.
  

• At the entrance to the exhibition area, the logo of the sponsor will be displayed on the ropes that will keep the name badges to be distributed to all participants and visitors.
